Hola! ¡El tiempo vuela y ya es viernes otra vez! ¿Qué tal vuestra semana? La mía ha estado realmente ajetreada, aquellos que me conocéis personalmente sabréis porque... 

Hi! Time flies and it's Friday again! How was your week? Mine has been really busy, those who know me personally would know why...

Después de hacer un montón de diseños, el otro día me dijo un chico: "¿y para los chicos qué?". También dio la casualidad que a mi padre se le rompió su monedero y me dijo: "pues en lugar de comprarme uno nuevo, ¿por qué no me haces uno de los tuyos con las imágenes que elija?". Así que, he abierto un nuevo campo de trabajo. 

After making lots of designs, the other day a guy ask me: "and what about boys?". It also happened that my father's coin purse broke and he told me: "well, instead of buying a new one, why don't you make me one of yours with the pictures that I choose?". So, I've opened a new field of work.

Mi padre quiso que en el monedero aparecieran los logotipos de su empresa y como veréis a continuación, este es el resultado.

My father wanted that in his purse appeared his company logos and as you'll see below, this is the result.

Después de hacer el monedero de mi padre avisé al chico que quería saber si hacía diseños para hombres y le dije que si. Así que no se lo pensó dos veces y me encargó uno con el logotipo de la marca de su coche. Pero a los cinco minutos recordó que el equipo de fútbol local va a jugar en una competición muy importante y quiso que en su monedero apareciera el escudo de este equipo. Aquí tenéis el resultado...

After making my father's coin purse, I talked to the guy who wanted to know if I made designs for men and I said yes. So, he didn't think it twice and ordered me one with the logo of his car brand. But, five minutes later, he reminded that the local football team will play a very important competition and he wanted that in his coin purse appeared the team's emblem. Here you have the result...

Do you remember that I told you that I was going to do the lookbook of the Limited Edition collection? Well, finally, the cold Wednesday afternoon my friend and photographer Miguel López and I went to do the shooting. Nuevos modelos/New models

Hola, hola!! Aquí estoy de nuevo y como dice el título del post, os traigo modelos nuevos. ¿Conoceis el dicho "En casa del herrero, cuchillo de palo"? pues eso me pasa a mi. Siempre estoy haciendo diferentes diseños para vender y luego resulta que llevaba todavía el primer tarjetero que me hice cuando estudiaba en la universidad. Os podéis imaginar que después de 7 años el pobrecillo estaba pidiendo una renovación a gritos.

Hello, hello!! Here I am again and as the post title says, I bring you new models. Do you know the saying "the shoemaker's son always goes barefoot"? that happens to me. I'm always making different designs to sell and then it turns out that I was still carrying the first card holder that I made to myself when I was studying at university. You can imagine that after 7 years the poor card holder was asking loudly for a renovation. 

Así que me puse a rebuscar en las carpetas del ordenador y encontré esta imágen de Mickey Mouse (que veréis a continuación) y pensé que encajaba perfectamente con el formato para el que la quería utilizar: mi nuevo tarjetero!! Para darle un toque diferente, he utilizado hilo rojo ya que junto con el blanco y el negro, son los colores característicos de este personaje. Personalmente, estoy muy contenta con el resultado :)

So I started to check my computer folders and I found this Mickey Mouse picture (that you'll see below) and I thought that it fit perfectly with the format for which I wanted to use it: my new card holder!! To give it a different touch, I used red thread considering that together with white and black, are the characteristic colors of this character. Personally I'm very happy with the result :)

Cuando estaba buscando imágenes en el ordenador, encontré otra que también me encantó. Como no me decidía entre la de Mickey y esta, renové también el otro tarjetero que me hice hace apenas un año xD. En este caso este es un tarjetero como el que habéis visto en este post: con capacidad para 14 tarjetas. Sin embargo, el anterior, el de Mickey tiene capacidad para 2 tarjetas (Yo éste lo utilizo para llevar la tarjeta de crédito y el DNI porque resulta muy útil cuando tienes que pagar con tarjeta y enseñar el DNI).

When I was looking for pictures on the computer, I found another that I loved too. As I couldn't decide between Mickey's picture and this one, I also renewed the other card holder that I made barely a year ago xD. In this case this is acard holder like the one you've seen in this post: with capacity for 14 cards. However, the previous one, in which appears Mickey it has capacity for 2 cards (I use this to carry the credit card and the ID card because it is very useful when you have to pay by card and show the ID)

Y finalmente os quiero enseñar otro adelanto de un modelo que he añadido a la colección de EDICIÓN LIMITADA. Se ha quedado tan bonito...que había pensado quedármelo yo...pero no, tranquilos que estará disponible para la venta :)

And, finally, I want to show you another preview of a model that I have added to the LIMITED EDITION collection. The result is so great that...I had thought to keep it to me...but no, keep calm because it will be available for sale :)

Adelantos y creaciones nuevas/ Previews and new creations

Hola de nuevo!! Cuánto tiempo sin escribir post nuevo!! Pero es que si no paro un poco y me pongo a crear cositas nuevas, tampoco tengo nada nuevo que enseñaros ^^ Así que me ha venido genial este puente de Halloween para crear cositas nuevas y para ponerme al día con todos vuestros pedidos.

Hello again!! It's been a long time since I wrote the last post!! But if I don't stop a little bit and start creating new things, I also don't have anything new to show you ^^ So this long Halloween week has been great to create new things and to catch up with all your orders.

Sin embargo, voy a ser un poquito mala y os voy a dejar con las ganas de ver las nuevas creaciones en su totalidad. Os enseñaré sólo un adelanto, pero tranquil@s que todo tiene una explicación. Como pudisteis leer en Facebook esta semana, las nuevas creaciones son de EDICIÓN LIMITADA, es por eso por lo que (de nuevo) mi amigo y fotógrafo Miguel López va ha hacer otra sesión de fotos con estas creaciones, para que podais contemplarlas en todo su esplendor y así estar segur@s de cual comprar.

However, I'm going to be a little bit wicked and I'm going to leave you with the desire to see the new creations in its entirety. I will show you only a preview, but don't worry that everything has an explanation. As you could read on Facebook this week, the new creations are LIMITED EDITION, that's why (again) my friend and photographer Miguel López is going to do another photo session with all these creations, so all of you could contemplate in all their splendor and so be sure which to buy. 

Finalmente esta semana mi prima recogió un pedido muy especial que me encargó para el cumpleaños de su marido y, quedó tan encantada con el resultado que me preguntó si sería capaz de hacer una funda para la cartilla del médico de su hija. Como me encanta innovar...fue dicho y hecho! Me dijo que le gustaría que apareciera Minnie Mouse así que le envié varios dibujos y el que veis a continuación fue el elegido.

Finally, this week my cousin came to pick up a very special order to her husband's birthday and she was so delighted with the result that she asked me if I would be able to make a cover to her daughter's medical card. As I love to innovate...it was said and done! She said that she would like that Minnie Mouse appeared on it, so I sent her several pictures and the one you see below was the one chosen.

¿Verdad que ha quedado genial? Estoy pensando en hacerme uno para mí...jajaja

Doesn't it look great? I'm thinking about making one for myself...LOL

Y aquí tenéis el adelanto de las creaciones de  EDICIÓN LIMITADA. Id decidiendo cuál os gusta para cuando estén disponibles para la venta ya que sólo hay uno de cada...

Más pedidos/More orders

 Hola #rockers!! Ya estoy por aquí de nuevo!! Qué rápido me pasan ahora las semanas desde que me tenéis tan ocupada con vuestros pedidos (que conste que estoy encantada!). Con el post de la semana pasada ya son dos los monederos y un tarjetero que me han encargado con imágenes personalizadas, y la verdad es que han quedado genial.

Hello #rockers!! Here I am again!! How quickly weeks pass now that I'm so busy with all your orders (for the record, I'm delighted!). Thanks to last week's post, there are already two cube coin purses and one card holder with personalised pictures ordered , and the truth is that the result is great. 

Muchas veces me preguntan cómo hago los monederos de paquetes de papas y resulta bastante complicado explicar el proceso, por eso me he decidido a mostraros unas fotos de cómo es una de sus fases. 

People often ask me how do I make the candy wrapper purses and is quite difficult to explain the process, so that's why I decided to show you some pictures of how is one of its phases.

Como habeis visto en las fotos anteriores, esas tiras en zig-zag se hacen para posteriormente unirlas unas con otras verticalmente. Una de las tiras está cerrada formando un círculo y la otra está abierta, pudiendo así añadir más papeles y darle el largo deseado.

As you have seen in the previous pictures, these zig-zag strips are made to then put them together vertically. One of the strips is closed forming a circle and the another one is open, so I can add more papers and give it the desired lenght.

Aquí tenéis un avance de cómo ha quedado uno de los pedidos. No os lo puedo enseñar entero porque es un regalo y no quiero estropear la sorpresa :) ¿Será una cartera? ¿Un monedero? ¿Una carpeta?...haced apuestas, jajaja.

Here you have a preview about how is going to be one of the orders. I can't show it entirely because is a present and I don't want to spoil the surprise :) Is it a wallet? A coin purse? A portfolio?...place your bets, hahaha.

Otra de las cosas que no sabéis todavía (menos aquellos que ya han recibido sus pedidos) es cómo es el packaging de mis creaciones, por eso aquí tenéis unas fotitos para que lo veaís.

Another thing that you don't know yet (except those who have alreafy received their orders) is how the packaging of my creations looks, so here you have some pics to see it.

Ya hace un tiempo que me decidí a utilizar papel de embalar para envolver regalos porque al ser un color bastante neutro, se puede combinar con colores llamativos y el resultado es muy original.

Some time ago I decided to use brown paper to wrap gifts because as it is a quite neutral color, it can be combined with bright colors and the result is very original.

¿Verdad que el resultado es genial? Se me ocurrió utilizar hilo rosa en lugar de negro y le da un toque super mono :) Además elegí esta imagen en concreto de Hello Kitty porque es diferente a las imágenes que se suelen ver de ella y porque está muy simpática guiñando el ojo ;)

Isn't the result great? It came to me to use pink thread instead of black thread and it gives a super cute touch :) Moreover I chose this particular Hello Kitty picture because is different to the usual pics that we see of her and because she looks lovely winking her eye ;)
